From Castellón to your event.
La Valensiana began in Castellón, founded by two partners who share a love of rice and the cooking of their home region.
Today we bring that cooking to weddings, corporate lunches and family celebrations. We set up at the venue and cook the rice in front of your guests. Our work starts earlier, when we talk with you about the menu and catering you need.
